Police in Porbandar district has booked former Kutiyana MLA Bhura Munja’s wife Hiralba and four others under Arms act.

Photos of Hiralba and others holding gun in their hands were in circulation on social media recently. The photos were taken during a religious procession. Munja had told media that the women had licensed gun in their hand, but not a single round was fired.

Initial probe in this regard was handed over to local DySP.

According to police, complaint has been filed under Arms act against Hiralba Jadeja who is wife of Bhura Munja, license owner Odedara Rajsi Munja, Gitaben who is daugther of Hiraben, Puriben who is wife of Amit Bhutiya and one Bhikhubhai who had sought permission to hold this religious procession.
