Chief Secretary shares details of PM’s two-day visit to Gujarat on 9-10 January

Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will be on Gujarat visit on 9-10 January. Chief Secretary of Gujarat J.N. Singh and Additional Chief Secretary(Industry) P.K. Taneja today shared the details of PM’s visit with media persons at an auditorium in GMDC office building.
They said the PM will be arriving in Gujarat on January 9. He will first visit Gandhinagar to perform ground breaking for redevelopment of Gandhinagar railway station.
Prime Minister Shri Modi will then after visit Helipad ground in Gandhinagar to inaugurate the Vibrant Gujarat 2017 Global Trade Show.
The Prime Minister will later visit GIFT City in Gandhinagar to inaugurate Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE) center.
The Prime Minister will in his last engagement of the day visit Science City in Ahmedabad to inaugurate the Nobel laureate summit. He will also participate in Nobel laureate round-table at the same venue.
Prime Minister is likely to take night halt at Raj Bhavan in Gandhinagar.
On the second day of his Gujarat visit, on January 10, Prime Minister will hold one-to-one meetings with global dignitaries arrived here to attend the summit. He will inaugurate the Vibrant Gujarat summit at 3.30 pm. After Global CEO round-table which is scheduled to start at 6.30 pm following by dinner, the Prime Minister will leave for Delhi.
