Kotadia in a letter assures his appearance before CID on May 11

Gandhinagar: Former GPP MLA Nalin Kotadia has offered to appear at State CID Crime office in Gandhinagar on May 11. Kotadia who is untraced ever since summoned by CID Crime for questioning in bit coin extortion and kidnapping case in a letter said he was traveling outside Gujarat and wasn’t able to come due to unavailability of ticket. Kotadia has in his letter asked CID Crime to spare him till 11th and stay away from filling case against him. ‘If I fail to appear on 11th of May, you are free to proceed against me, but spare me till then. I have nothing to do with bit coin case and I will present my side before the probe team. The money recovered by police had been received in land deal and it has no connection to bit coin case,’ said Kotadia.
