Ex-Congress central minister’s son attacks police, arrested

Ex minister of state for Railway Naran Rathwa’s son was arrested by railway police for attacking a police man on duty with sharp weapon.
On Monday evening, when Vadodara’s railway police Assistant Sub Inspector Arvindsihn Bharatsinh was checking the trains, he found ten persons occupying seats in Ahmedabad intercity train for money. ASI Arvindsinh took all of them to Railway Police Force’s police station.
One of those arrested called his friend Sangramsinh Rathwa, who is son of ex-railway minister Naran Rathwa.
As soon as he came to know about his friend’s arrest, Sangramsinh rushed to railway station and asked police angrily that why they had arrested his person. Sangramsinh used offending language against policemen and asked “who arrested my people?” When ASI Arvindsinh answered that he had arrested them, Sangramsinh tried to attack the ASI with sharp weapon in his hand and pushed him.
Railway police staff soon rushed to the place and arrested Sangramsinh.
