Seven who gathered for Namaz, booked by Raopura police in Vadodara

Vadodara: Raopura police here has filed complaint against seven person who gathered for Namaz in a mosque.
Police control room had given a message to PCR van incharge ASI Andarsinh that some people had gathered to offer Namaz in Kadiya mosque near Limda pol. When ASI Andarsinh along with another ASI Mehdnihussain Islmailbhia reached the spot, seven persons were seen coming out of the mosque after offering Namaz. Police informed them about a notification and sought to know whether they had necessary permission to move out during the lockdown, or gather in mosque. As they had no valid permission, they were booked.
Accused were identified as Jatirhussain Sheikh, Yakum Dudhwala, Sabir Sheikh, Mohammad Dudhwala, Sakirhussain Dudhwala and Arbaz Dhobi. They are booked under IPC 188, 269, 270 and GP Act section 70 in addition to Epidemic Disease act section 3(1).
