Night curfew to continue in 8 cities of Gujarat till July 31; More relaxations announced

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has extended night curfew in 8 cities of Gujarat till 6 am on 1st August. Night curfew will continue to be effective in these 8 cities during 10 pm to 6 am period daily. Water parks and swimming pools across the State are now allowed to reopen with effect from July 20 in 60 per cent capacity with adherence to Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs). Workforce in such facilities will need to be vaccinated with first dose by July 31. In public and private transport, non-AC buses can now be operated with 100 per cent capacity. However travelling in standing mode will not be allowed. In Air Conditioned buses, passengers in 75 per cent capacity are allowed. All drivers and conductors must have first dose of vaccine.
