More details about PM Narendrabhai Modi’s upcoming Gujarat visit

Gandhinagar: PM Narendra Modi and World Health Organization (WHO) director general Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus will perform foundation stone laying of the WHO Global Centre for Traditional Medicine at Jamnagar on 19th April.
The state government has allotted 35 acres of land for the centre 12-kms away from Jamnagar city. The new building of the centre will be established till 2024. The centre will temporarily operate in the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurved (ITRA) during that time, as informed by ITRA director Dr Anup Thakar. PM Modi is likely to stay in Raj Bhavan in Gandhinagar and WHO director general will stay in the five-star hotel on the night of 19th April.
The Global Innovations and Investment Summit on traditional medicines will be organised at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar on 20th, 21st and 22nd April. PM Modi and WHO director general Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus will remain present in the inauguration function of the summit on 20th April. Cabinet Minister of AYUSH Sarbananda Sonowal, cabinet ministers Piyush Goyal and G. Kishan Reddy, and Union minister of health Mansukh Mandaviya will remain present in both the programs.
PM Modi will inaugurate a new plant of Banas Dairy, and plants of production of potato chips and other items at Sanadar village of Diyodar taluka in Banaskantha at 9 am on 19th April. He will perform inauguration and foundation stone laying of various projects of 5 districts namely Dahod, Panchmahal, Mahosagar, Chhota Udepur and Vadodara rural from Kharod village in Dahod on 20th April.
