Gujarat govt shares updates on Tarapur – Bagodara highway and Bhuj – Bhachau overbridge projects

Gandhinagar: Rs 651 crore works in the phase-2 of Tarapur-Bagodara six-lane highway project will kick off, informed state government spokesperson Jitu Vaghani while informing about the decisions made in the state cabinet meeting today. The works of Phase-1 are completed and will be dedicated at the hands of CM Bhupendra Patel in the upcoming days, the minister added.
The works of Rs 651 crore of phase-2 of Tarapur-Bagodara six lane highway connecting Madhya Gujarat, south Gujarat and Saurashtra, will be started, he informed.
He informed that the work of an overbridge at Bhuj-Bhachau highway will be undertaken at a cost of Rs 108 crore. The technical issues including land acquisition are resolved and the work will be quickly started and completed soon, he informed.
