Gujarat receives 46% of total average monsoon season rains

Gujarat has completed nearly 47% of the total average rain. As of Wednesday morning, the state has received a 46.70 % rain of average monsoon with a total rainfall of 397.02 mm against the average of 850 mm, as per the zone-wise report on rainfall dated 13th July 2022.
Kutch District has received the highest rainfall against the average rain of the monsoon season, which stands at 97.54%, followed by 84.13 in Narmada District and 71.26% in Devbhumi Dwarka.
Dang witnessed the Highest rainfall in the last 24 which was 150 mm, followed by 102 mm in Kutch and 94 mm in Baruch district.
Lakhpat of Kutch district has the highest average rainfall percentage of 155.70% with total rainfall of 570 mm, followed by 197.92% % in Mundra.
The average rainfall completed in all regions of Gujarat is:
