Only CM Bhupendra Patel’s name proposed for candidature on Ghatlodia seat

Ahmedabad: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel was unanimously proposed as the candidate of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for Ghatlodiya constituency in Ahmedabad (West) for the upcoming state assembly election. Patel is presently sitting legislator of same seat.
The sense taking process of BJP for Ghatlodiya constituency in Ahmedabad ended on a single note that all party workers proposed only the name of Bhupendra Patel for candidature on this seat. BJP karyakartas unanimously demanded to give ticket of Ghatlodiya constituency to CM Bhupendra Patel. Over 50 kartakartas of Ahmedabad demanded to repeat him as candidate for Ghatlodiya constituency.
The observers have accepted the demand. No other candidate had demanded ticket for Ghatlodiya constituency from BJP. These details were shared by party leader Rutvij Patel who was present there.
