Entrance exam stress; A class – 6 child dies of heart attack triggered by high sugar level

Jamnagar: A 12-year old boy died due to heart attack due to high diabetes in Dhrol.
Vraj (age 12), the son of Girishbhai Bharatbhai Sorathiya living in Haridwar society in 80 feet road in Rajkot city, was a student of class 6. He was admitted to a coaching class in Dhrol for about a month to get admission in Balachadi Sainik School for further studies.
Rajendrabhai Barad, the teacher running a coaching class in Dhrol and living in Dhrol Anandnagar informed that he was awake till 1 am. He found Vraj asleep at around 4 am. Rajendrabhai called his father as he seemed to be in an unconscious state. The child was immediately taken to Dhrol hospital, where his sugar level was found to be 448.
The child was taken to a private hospital in Rajkot for further treatment. He was then taken to the civil hospital in Rajkot, where he was declared dead by the doctors on duty. Vraj died due to heart attack due to high sugar level, as per the primary report. DeshGujarat
