President Droupadi Murmu to launch digital assembly project of Gujarat, address MLAs

Gandhinagar: President of India, Droupadi Murmu will launch the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) project of the Gujarat Assembly (digital house project) and address legislators on September 13.

The new project will make the State assembly paperless. The MLAs including the Chief Minister and ministers have already gone through training for digital vidhansabha. NeVA project is in the line of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘one nation, one application’ initiative for all State assemblies across the nation.

Shankar Chaudhary, the Speaker of State assembly had invited the President to inaugurate the project and address the house during the upcoming Monsoon session which begins on September 13.DeshGujarat
