Gandhinagar: The Indian Meteorological Department has given heavy rain forecast (red alert) in Narmada district and districts in Madhya Pradesh from 16/09/2023 to 18/09/2023.

Anganwadis, primary schools, secondary and higher secondary schools, ITIs in all talukas of Narmada district have been ordered to remain closed for academic work to prevent any untoward incident due to heavy rains.

A notification in this regard is issued by Narmada district additional magistrate CA Gandhi. Breach of notification will invite actions under IPC section 188. DeshGujarat
