Bhai Shri Rameshbhai Oza on Lok Sabha polls 2024
March 27, 2024
Rajkot: Speaking at a public function, spiritual leader and Bhagwad Kathakar Bhai Shri Rameshbhai Oza hailed PM Narendra Modi for enhancing India’s global stature, for the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, for addressing the situation in the formerly troubled state of Jammu & Kashmir, and more. Bhai Shri shared his personal example of traveling from Jamnagar to Mumbai solely to cast his vote and appealed to voters to cast their votes decisively.
Speaking at the occasion, Bhai Shri said that just as we all celebrate wedding functions, seeking the attendance of most people, similarly, in the festival of democracy, people should participate in large numbers. All eligible individuals should view voting not just as their right but as their duty. People who do not vote have no right to comment on the political system. Recalling his experience, he mentioned that during the last Lok Sabha election, he was conducting Katha in Jamnagar but was registered as a voter in Mumbai. So, in order to cast his vote, he completed the Katha on the day before the Mumbai election, and on the voting day itself, he was the first person to cast his vote at the polling booth in his constituency. After that, he returned to Jamnagar and urged the listeners to also go and cast their votes. DeshGujarat
