Kutch: An unprecedented case came to light today when a man visited a bank to open a new account, and his application was rejected on the grounds of staff shortage.
The incident occurred today when Vipul visited the SBI (State Bank of India) Nakhatrana branch with a written application to open a new account. However, the branch manager allegedly rejected the application and provided the reason for rejection in writing. On the application, the manager wrote, “Due to shortage of staff, not able to open the account today.” The manager not only wrote this but also signed and stamped it.
A video of this incident was shared by a social media user on X (formerly Twitter), in which the applicant was seen recording the manager as he rejected his new account application.
