LIVE: Vishwamitri River and Ajwa Sarovar Water Levels Update via VMC

NOTE: 7 am on 7th September

On 6th September at 8 am Ajwa dam water level was 213.16, while Kala Ghoda in Vadodara level was 17.09 ft. While at 7.00 am on 7th Sepetmber Ajwa level is 212.90 ft and Vishwamitri level at Kala Ghoda is 21.58 ft. This indicates slow but gradual rise in the level of Vishwamitri water level. The danger mark is 26 ft. Will Vishwamitri touch the danger mark or cross it? Will it go beyond 30 ft level and result into flood in parts of Vadodara city? The answers of such questions lie in, how much the rainfall, the districts of Vadodara and Panchmahal receive today! If they received heavy, very heavy or extremely heavy rainfall today(Sunday), then the level of Vishwamitri may go beyond danger level. If there’s no significant rainfall, then the situation may ease.
