ACB Gujarat books two PNB employees in PM Mudra loan bribery case

Jamanagar: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat has registered a case against two employees of a Punjab Bank branch, along with another accomplice, in Jamnagar for allegedly demanding a bribe of ₹40,000 to approve subsidy benefits under a PM Mudra loan.
According to the ACB, the accused bank staff sought illegal gratification from the complainant in exchange for clearing the subsidy linked to the loan. Acting on the complaint, the ACB laid a trap and initiated legal action against the three accused. Further investigation in the matter is underway. DeshGujarat
