Kirti Patel gets Bail in Extortion Case, but Action in Mrugi Kund Bath related Complaint Looming

Junagadh: A court in Junagadh granted bail to notorious troublemaker and controversial Instagramer Kirti Patel in connection with an alleged ₹20 lakh extortion case.
Kirti was arrested by Junagadh police from Udaipur on Sunday. She is accused of threatening a youth from Galiyavad village in Junagadh district with a false rape case and allegedly demanding ₹20 lakh as ransom.
After being brought to Junagadh, Kirti was placed under one-day police remand. On Monday, she was produced before the local court. Following arguments from both the prosecution and the defence, the court ordered her release on bail.
Court Directs Appearance at Bhavnath Police Station
Despite securing bail, her legal troubles are not over. The court has directed Kirti to appear before the Bhavnath Police Station on Tuesday in connection with another case.
An FIR has reportedly been registered against her for allegedly hurting religious sentiments by bathing in the sacred Mrigikund during the Mahashivratri festival at Bhavnath. Additionally, allegations regarding inappropriate conduct involving a woman police officer are also under investigation.
Police officials have stated that further inquiry is underway in both matters. DeshGujarat
