Gujarat Bhawan’s cook flies to Bhutan to cater Gujarati dishes to Modi

PTI reports from Bhutan capital Thimpu that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cook from Gujarat Bhawan in New Delhi has been in Bhutan since almost a week to cook Gujarati dishes for Mr. Modi.
Modi is staying at hotel Taj Tashi where about 50 rooms are reserved for Modi’s delegation. The hotel is keeping more vegetarian dishes on the menu as well as some Gujarati dishes as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is strict vegetarian. Official banquet hosted by Prime Minister of Bhutan and King of Bhutan will have more vegetarian dishes, PTI reports.
A chef from Gujarat Bhawan in New Delhi has specially travelled to Bhutan to cook dishes for visiting Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is known to mostly eat home-cooked food.
