Diamond Aero doubles its frequency on Surat-Bhavnagar route

Diamond Aero, an intra-state airlines started by diamond barons of Surat last year has doubled its frequency on Surat-Bhavnagar route following good response.
From 1st February, Diamond Aero has started operating four daily flights on Surat-Bhavnagar route instead of two.
According to Captain Kartikeya of Diamond Aero, the service being operated using a 9-seater Cessna flight has received good response. For last two weeks, all flights have been totally full. The service that started in December last year has enjoyed average 90% traffic. So far over 1700 passengers have been served through this service.
From 1st February onwards, two flights will be operated during 8.00-11.00 am, while two more flights during 5.30-9.00 pm.
He further said that Diamond is ready to fly on Surat-Rajkot route once permission is granted by authorities.
