Gandhinagar: Under Kisan Suryoday Yojana (KSY), 17,018 villages, that is 98.66 percent of the villages in the state of Gujarat, are now receiving electricity during daytime hours. Gandhinagar: In a step to provide electricity to Gujarat citizens at lower rates, Energy and Petrochemicals Minister Kanubhai Desai announced that the state government has decided to reduce the fuel surcharge by 15 paise per unit starting July 2025.
