Gandhinagar: Gujarat government today informed that it has given in-principle approval of a total of Rs. 1,534.19 crore for the permanent disposal of rainwater overflowing in the Ghed area during the monsoon. Out of this total plan, tenders worth Rs. 139.42 crore have been approved for various works of the first phase, the work of which will be started in the near future.
