Gandhinagar: Gujarat Gas Limited has increased the cost of industrial piped natural gas (PNG) to Rs 40.83 per standard cubic metre (SCM), up from the previous rate of Rs 38.4 per SCM. Gandhinagar: Gujarat Gas has imposed price-hikes of Rs 1.84 per Standard Cubic Meter (SCM) in Piped Natural Gas (PNC) and Rs 2.50 per kilogram in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). This comes in addition to a hike of 15 % in the tax on PNG. The price of PNG is now Rs 25.75 instead of the previous price of Rs 23.91. The total price along with tax is around Rs 29.
