Porbandar: Indian Coast Guard(ICG) today declared culmination of search and rescue of ICG ALH CG 863 helicopter that ditched at sea off Porbandar caost of Gujarat on 2nd September this year. ICG in a formal statement today informed that mortal remains of the brave soul was retrieved from sea on 10 October 2024 approx. 55 Km south west of Porbandar. Porbandar: Three personnels of Indian Coast Guard(ICG) are missing after ICG's ALH helicopter made an emergency landing at sea off Porbandar coast late in the night yesterday(Monday). Dwarka: The Indian Coast Guard received a SOS message from the owner of fishing boat ‘Padmawati’ about it being adrift at sea on 27 August 2024. The vessel was about 15 km from Dwaraka and had suffered machinery breakdown due to rough weather and sea conditions off the Gujarat coast. Kutch: In yet another rescue operation at sea on Tuesday around 11:30 am, an Indian Coast Guard Interceptor Boat, C-437, saved a fisherman named Sanjay Giga from drowning at sea, approximately 22 km from Jakhau.
