Surat: In yet another tragic case of death by a kite string, a youth died in the Kim area of Surat after the string slashed his neck. Surat: As part of the ongoing work to upgrade Surat Railway Station into an MMTH (Multi-Modal Transport Hub), platforms 2 and 3 will be closed from December 7th.
