Jamnagar: A day after the arrival of LPG tanker Shivalik, another liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carrier, MT Nanda Devi, has reached Vadinar port in Gujarat after crossing the Strait of Hormuz, amid the ongoing tension in West Asia.
The tanker is carrying around 46,500 metric tonnes of LPG, which will be transferred through a ship-to-ship (STS) operation at the Vadinar anchorage. The cargo will be moved to MT BW Birch, and the transfer process is scheduled to begin today, officials said.
