Ahmedabad, 12 July 2013 The Supreme Court today dismissed the petition of Gujarat's absconding additional director general of police (ADGP) P.P. Pandey challenging the probe by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into Ishrat Jahan encounter case.
