Second attack on Kakrapar nuclear plant staff in two days

There has been two attacks on employees of Kankarapar nuclear power plant in last week. A police complaint has been filed after the second incident.
Kakrapar township is located at some distance away from nuclear power plant. A bus carrying staff from township to nuclear power station has been attacked twice in two days. Two persons are injured due to attack on the bus using stones.
Two buses GJ3W 9916 and GJ3 9821 were attacked at around 10.55 pm on 22 August on a road connecting Bedkuva cross roads and nuclear plant.
Bus driver Girish Chaudhary has filed complaint at Kakrapar police station in this regard. Earlier attack on bus took place on 20 August. Windows of bus has suffered major damage.
A few days back, a small group of local women dressed in pink color sarees had started sitting opposite the plant to do dharna against the plant over the issue of employment to local people.
Author’s note: Police need to check, who is provoking locals against nuclear power plant. Is there any NGO involved? The area is in grip of foreign funded missionaries. All aspects are needed to be checked.
