The Gujarat Government has planned to develop two major theme parks at Adalajni Vav(step-well of Adalaj) and Science city for the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Global Investor Summit, Pravasi Bhartiya Divas(PBD), International Kite Festival and Plast India exhibition.

As the space is limited at the main venue of the Vibrant Summit and PBD celebration and Plast India exhibition, the state government has planned to develop two major temporary theme parks at historical site of Adalajni Vav and Science City in Ahmedabad.

Around 300 luxury tents will be erected at both sites.

At Adalaj Gujarat’s rich built heritage, handicrafts and arts will be displayed for the tourists to have quick glimpse of Gujarat while at Science city the modern day Gujarat will be put on display.

The state tourism department will also offer paid accommodation facility at both the places also at a reasonable cost.

Both the theme parks will be developed in a such manner that first time visitor to Gujarat will be able to learn lot of things about Gujarat while participating in Vibrant Summit, PBD or other such series of interest. These theme parks will exhibit unique identity of Gujarat till mid-February.
