Kejriwal forgot the purpose of his Gujarat visit, failed to maintain decency: Pandya

Gandhinagar: Like always, Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Admi Party(AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal failed to maintain basic decensy again today.

Kejriwal and his party had earlier declared that his Gujarat visit today would be for paying last respect to Pramukh Swami Maharaj. However soon after visiting Sarangpur Mandir and paying tribute to Pramukh Swami whose body is goin to cremated tomorrow, Kejriwal in Ahmedabad called a press conference and as always started making vicious and divisive political statements, the act that very much suit to his personality and track record, but doesn’t suit with the occasion for which he had said he was visiting Gujarat.

Gujarat BJP spokesperson Bharat Pandya reacting to Kejriwal’s statement said Kejriwal forgot the purpose of his Gujarat visit. He said whenever Kejriwal arrives in Gujarat and leaves the state he issues political statement that would trigger animosity.

It has to be maintained here that Kejriwal’s visits to Somnath in the past and Sarangpur now are generally seen as desperate attempts to get some political space and public support in Gujarat which is going to witness general elections of assembly next year in December. Kejriwal and his party have previously failed time and again to get any gain in elections in Gujarat. They are again likely to fail next year but till the time election results are out, more viciousness, divisive remarks and stupidity are expected from him.  If there’s some wise person in AAP Gujarat team, he needs to convey Kejriwal what would work and what wouldn’t work in Gujarat, what is acceptable to Gujaratis and what is not.
