7 including Hardik, Bambhaniya, Mangukiya booked for Mansa meeting without permission

PAAS convener Hardik Patel and six of his close aides including Dinesh Bambhaniya, Atul Patel and his erstwhile advocate Babu Mangukiya have been booked for holding a rally in Mansa town of Gandhinagar district on November 18 without proper permission.
PI of Mansa J D Mewana today said that Hardik and his six aides which also include the Sarpanch of Ranasan village Dilip Patel, a local resident Dharmesh D Patel and Gopal Italia have been booked under sections 188 (defying public order) and 143 and 145 (pertaining to unlawful assembly) of the IPC.
He said that the case has been lodged on the complaint of Executive Magistrate of Mansa Mahesh R Soni.
Notably, the meeting of Hardik was held near Chandrasar circle in Mansa.
The PI said that apart from the seven named accused unknown people who had come there in 25 vehicles have also been made accused in the case.
He said all the sections were bailable.
