Body of lion found in millet field in Gujarat

Amreli:
The body of an around 2 year old lion was found in a field in Khamba area of Amreli district today.
A forest official said that the body was found from a field with millet crop in Samdhiyana-2 village in revenue area close to Gir forests.
The exact reason of death was not yet known however it is apprehended that the big cat might have died owing to hot weather or food poisoning.
Notably, bodies of a total 4 lions have been found in Amreli district in last around 2 months.
