Soon there will be no magajmari of ‘Chhutta paisa Chhe?’ in the buses of Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad’s Bus Rapid Transit System(BRTS) buses would have smart card based ticket system which is already existing in Singapore, U.K, Delhi Metro and Mumbai’s BEST. Smart Cards would be available at the BRTS bus-stands. You can enter in to the bus after waving a card. When you want to get down from the bus, just wave your card near validator instrument near the door and a sum according to kilometers you traveled would be deducted from your card’s total value.
