It is with considerable pride as NRI’s that we announce an event that is a world-first in our Hindu history. An event never before carried out.

The event is Laxmi Narayan Punch Kundi Yagna to be carried out on luxurious cruise liner. This auspicious Yagna event will be carried out in the presence of Pujya Swami Shree Satyamitranand Giriji Maharaj. The Yagna itself will be performed by esteemed Brahmins from various parts of the world lasting 3 days. It will be the first time that we (hindus) will all go to Mata Laxmi & Narayan’s residence to perform a Yagna. This event is organised by Samanvaya Parivar International for non-profit and all hardworking bhaktas devote their time free. The cruise which will sail from and arrive back to UK will be for 9 days in total. It will sail into the North Mediterranean and into Spain, France and Guernsey. A liner has specifically been chartered for this event that will include pure vegetarian cuisine. As well as the Yagna event there will be other religious and cultural based events. These will also include Raas Garba on the top deck of the ship with live Garba with music by highly acclaimed Shree Ashit and Hema Desai – this together with idyllic background of night’s moon & stars and the oceans waves will make your experience even more enjoyable. Bhajan Samarath Shree Anup Jalota will entertain us with his Bhajans and other well known songs.

There will also be Antakshree programmes and other events that will also enable the ladies to show their latest designs of Saris etc. There will be full vegetarian food on board made by highly experienced vegetarian cooks. Imagine traditional Indian Fafda Gathia with Jalabi and Sambhar/marcha for breakfast to start (there will also be the traditional cereals with milk and toasts) followed by afternoon meal and then highlighted in the evening with silver service for all. Basic soft drinks with tea and coffee (plus ice cream) are included in your cost and available throughout the day – and night!!!.

The ship offers excellent facilities to include fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, swimming pool, and fully equipped restaurants, excellent specially designed auditorium, ladies salon, outside cinema and more. The prices for Indian citizens residing and traveling from India is 1 Lakh Rupees per person per twin cabin for the cruise. We understand that there is lok sabha election process happening currently. Perhaps with all the hype of elections, Laxmi Narayan event will bring a welcome diversity and interest from your readers. We know that many Yagna\’s have been carried out over centuries. However, there is no record of any having been carried out on water.We normally invite dev\’s & devtas to our home or places of Yagnas. We have never in our history (Indian) gone to samudra (which occupies 3/4 of our planet with Samudra Manthan well scripted in our history) – the home of Mata Laxmi and Narayan. We are proud NRI\’s to be instrumental in accommodating this history making event and to further remind India that we have much remembered our Sanskruti and culture even though most of us have never actually lived in India.We want India and its people to be proud of us in preserving our sanskruti over many generations even though our respective passports may represent different nationalities.
