Admission process begins for B.Ed. at Gujarat govt run IITE

Applications for admission to the state government-run Indian Institute of Teacher Education (IITE) set up on the Government College campus in Sector-15 here should reach the institute by post or in person by July 7, 2011.
The merit list for admission is decided by marks scored in Standard XII exam and in IITE admission test scheduled to be held on July 17, 2011.
It offers 4-year post-HSC courses in B.A. B.Ed. for 25 students and B.Sc.B.Ed. for 75 students with credit system with stress on inculcating character and nation building qualities, spiritualism and all round development of future teachers. Details can be had from the website www.iite.ac.in
