Gujarat High Court rejects IPS Rahul Sharma’s writ petition
Ahmedabad, 12 August, 2011
Gujarat High Court today rejected IPS officer Rahul Sharma’s writ petition.
Gujarat High Court suggested Sharma to approach the right authority – the first appellate. The court observed that the matter is out of the territorial jurisdiction of this court. The court was of opinion that the Appellate authority is the statutory authority for such an appeal and this authority can listen and decide the appeal of the petition.
