Impact fee scheme extended to six more months, fees slashed

The Government of Gujarat has extended the last date to file application under Impact fee law for six more months. The last date to file application is now 19 February 2013. The minister said that premium to regularize 40 sq meter construction was Rs 25,000 which is now down to Rs 10,000. Similarly for 40-100 sq meter irregular construction the amount of premium is slashed from existing Rs 75,000 to Rs 20,000.
