Gujarat top cop IPS P.P.Pandey was absconding since February this year. He had to appear before the special court of CBI today as per the Supreme Court order. He was admitted to Ahmedabad’s Shahbibag based Chandramani hospital due to ill health. To respect the Supreme Court order, he was taken to Court in ambulance. His eyes were closed and he was lying on stretcher while entering the court building.

Union Finance Minister P.Chidambaram was invited to speak in Ahmedabad by Bhaskar group of publications. In the picture, Chidambaram is sitting next to Bhaskar Group Chairman Ramesh Agrawal.
