Tushar Mehta appointed Assistant Solicitor General

Additional Advocate General of Gujarat Shri Tushar Mehta has been appointed as Assistant Solicitor General of India. He will join a team of five other Additional Solicitor General including Nageshwar Rao, Maninder Singh, Neeraj Kishan Kaul, PS Narsimha and PS Patwalia under newly appointed Solicitor General of India Ranjit Kumar.
Being Assistant Solicitor General of India, Shri Mehta will represent the Union government in the cases pertaining to the central government departments and Union ministries.
