Surat Municipal Corporation(SMC) will offer S-Connect Card to citizens from next financial year (1 April, 2015). This card will provide facility to make payment of not just taxes but also for services like BRTS, city bus, nature park, pay and park, swimming pool, aquarium and other services. SMC has invited proposals from bank and financial institutions for card which will need balance and will open for recharge through mobile and internet too.
