Poland Ambassador pays courtesy visit to Gujarat CM

Gujarat Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel today expressed confidence that Gujarat and Poland can fulfill Prime Minister Modi’s mission of ‘Make In India’ on manufacturing sector and renewable energy sectors like solar and wind energy with mutual participation.
Poland’s Ambassador to India Mr. Tomasz Lukaszuk paid a courtesy visit to Mrs. Patel at her office in Gandhinagar, today.
During the meeting, CM recalled the historical incident when Jam Saheb of Jamnagar-Navanagar adopted refugees-widows-children after Second World War amid opposition from everywhere and introduced harmony and humanity of Gujarat-India to the world.
The CM expressed her desire to dub the film ‘Mini Poland In India’, based on this particularly incident, into Gujarati-Hindi to introduced the historical generosity of India to new generation of the youths of Gujarat and India.
Later, the Chief Minister also invited the Poland’s envoy to arrive with a high level delegation from Poland at Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors’ Summit-2015 and Global CEO conclave to be organized in Gandhinagar in January-2015.
The Ambassador accepted the invitation and assured Mrs. Patel that a Polish delegation consisting of prominent businessmen and industrialists will be present at the events.
The meeting was also attended by Chief Principal Secretary Mr. K. Kailashnathan, Chief Secretary Mr. Pandiyan and Secretary to CM and others.
