Reports from Gandhidham(Kutch) suggest, Gautam Adani wanted Prime Minister Narendra Modi to inaugurate its newly constructed container terminal near Tuna port in first week of December. However Prime Minister has not obliged Adani due to busy schedule. The terminal will now see inauguration only after upcoming ‘Kamurta’ period is over. During ‘Kamurta’ period, Gujaratis avoid starting good work. Even weddings and other functions are not held during ‘Kamurta’ barring exceptional circumstances.
