19 Gujarat BJP leaders elected district panchayat president, vice president

According to Gujarat BJP media cell statement issued here today evening, total 19 BJP leaders are elected as presidents and vice presidents of 12 district panchayats that witnessed internal elections today. Newly created 7 districts and 5 old districts, thus in total 12 district panchayats witnessed elections for the post of president and vice president. Of them 7 district panchayats were to elect president and vice president both, while Sabarkantha, Junagadh and Rajkot had to elect only president. In Jamnagar and Vadodara, only vice presidents were to be elected. On all 19 posts of 12 district panchayats, BJP leaders have been elected.
