Essar Ports signs pact with Kandla Port Trust

Essar Ports today said it has signed a pact with Kandla Port Trust for setting up a terminal for storing imported fuel at Vadinar in Gujarat.
“Vadinar Liquid Terminals Limited, a subsidiary of Essar Ports has entered into a Concession Agreement with Kandla Port Trust for development of Marine Liquid Terminal facilities and two Product jetties at Vadinar in Gujarat,” Essar Ports said in a regulatory filing.
The marine liquid terminal facilities are used for shipping and storing imported gas, oil etc.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 120.25, down 0.62 per cent on the BSE.
