Gujarat CM likely to visit China with PM Narendra Modi

Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel is likely to visit China with Prime Minister Narendra Modi next week.
Though there’s no official confirmation on this, it is learnt that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be accompanied by Chief Ministers of three states – Gujarat, Maharashtra and Karnataka during his China visit. Three Chief Ministers will have state specific group of business leaders with them. States will hold meeting with Chinese government and business groups.
In recent past, two Chinese delegations have visited Gujarat Chief Minister. Managing Director of TBEA India visited Gujarat Chief Minister yesterday while a delegation of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s home province had visited Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s home state Gujarat last month.
During Xi Jinping’s India visit, Gujarat had signed MoUs with China.
