Somnath Jyotirlinga decorated in Indian national flag colors

On the first day of Shravan which is also the 69th Independence day of India, Shri Somnath Mahadev shiv linga was decorated in Indian national flag colors. As per the announcement made earlier, the mandir was opened at 5.30 am.
Speaking after flag hoisting opposite the mandir just next to Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s statue, Trustee of Shri Somnath Trust, Shri PK Lehri said 54% children of Gir Somnath district have been made free from malnutrition by Shri Somnath Trust by distributing nutritious chikki sweets.
