Hardik’s advocate B M Mangukiya offers to resign from Congress

Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committiee’s legal cell head B M Mangukiya and the advocate of jailed Patidar or Patel reservation stir leader Hardik Patel, has offered to resign from the party.
Mr. Mangukiya said that he has sent his resignation letter to the ‘concerned authorities’ and would convene a formal press conference to give more official information about that.
Terming his resignation a ‘Ghar ki baat’, the senior Congress leader, who hogged the limelight after filing a habeas corpus wirt petition for mysteriously disapperared Hardik Patel, in the high court here past mid night on September 22 and taking many other sensational cases of the Hardik and his aides and openly supporting the reservation stir, refused to divulge the details and reason behind it.
Meanwhile, both the spokespersons of the GPCC, Mr. Manish Doshi and Mr. Himanshu Patel said that they were unaware of any such development so far. The GPCC president Bharatsinh Solaki also could not answer a related query clearly.
