Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Wednesday rubbished the Congress Party’s charges of a political vendetta in the National Herald case and asked them to base their arguments and criticism on facts. He further said the court has issued an order asking Congress president Sonia Gandhi and party vice-president Rahul Gandhi to appear before it on December 19 in connection with this case.
