March 09, 2016
Junagadh
Presented here is the video of this year’s ‘Ravadi’ at Bhavnath fair in Girnar foothills in Junagadh, Gujarat on occasion of Maha Shivratri in which 100s of naked Hindu sadhus walked from Bhavnath Mandir to Mrugi Kund where they had midnight holy bath. Like every year, lakhs of pilgrims, visitors, tourists were present to see this march which is similar to Kumbh mela. Difference was – the Kumbh mela march happens in daylight, while Bhavnath mela march happens in the night.
