CM reviews progress of Narmada Maiya bridge project at Bharuch

Bharuch: Gujarat Chief Minister today reviewed ongoing construction work of river bridge over Narmada in Bharuch. Rs 309 crore four-lane Narmada Maiya bridge has so far achieved 24.64% physical progress on site. Chief Minister watched power point presentation on this project and also viewed its miniature model. New bridge will come up next to existing Golden bridge which was constructed in British era. According to Chief Minister, new bridge will be ready by June 2018. It will facilitate speedy traffic between Surat and Vadodara without any traffic jam.
